Portobello Mushroom Crust Pizza


Ingredients:

4-5 large Portobello mushrooms, stem removed and de-gilled

A batch of homemade pizza sauce, link can be found below, or about 3 cups pizza sauce

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Black olives, sliced

Slices of Pepperoni

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (190 degrees C).

2. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet, and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, and spread sauce in the cup of the cap. Top with cheese, olives and pepperoni.

3. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
