Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds grass-fed beef
1 tsp sea salt
1 onion, diced
2 tsp dried basil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp and ¾ tsp Worcestershire Sauce homemade
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
cheese (If you can't have dairy or want to avoid it skip this step)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. (200 degrees C).
- Place beef into a mixing bowl, and season with
salt, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, and Worcestershire Sauce;
mix well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix till blended, then form into 1 ½ inch meatballs, and place onto a
baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven until no longer pink in the center, 20-25
minutes. Serve with tomato sauce if desired.
