1 ½ pounds grass fed beef
¾ tsp sea salt
1 onion, diced
¾ tsp garlic powder
2 ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp and ¾ tsp Worcestershire Sauce homemade
¼ cup and 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (If you can't have dairy or want to avoid it skip this step)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. (200 degrees C).
- Place beef into a mixing bowl , and season with salt, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, oregano, and Worcestershire Sauce; mix well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix till blended, then form into 1 ½ inch meatballs, and place onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven until no longer pink in the center, 20-25 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce if desired.
