Ingredients:
1 pound Grass-Fed Beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (14.5 ounces) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 ounces) can tomato sauce
1 Head of Cauliflower chopped into small bite-size pieces. These take the place of beans, but if you want beans, use 1 Cup properly prepared and
soaked, black beans or kidney beans, cooked. (Read my post for properly soaked beans)
1 pinch chili powder
1 pinch garlic powder
sea salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
- In
a large saucepan over medium heat, combine beef and onion and sauté until meat is browned and onion is tender. Add stewed tomatoes with juice,
tomato sauce, and cauliflower or, beans if using.
- Season
with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
