Ingredients:
4 slices of Bacon
1 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp pepper
1 cup vegetable broth
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 lb Collard Greens, cut into 2-inch pieces
Directions:
- Melt ghee or coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat; add bacon. Remove and crumble and return to pan. Add onion and cook until tender. Add garlic and cook till fragrant. Add collard greens and fry until they wilt.
