Ingredients:
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder (I suggest using the
Dutch its less bitter than regular cocoa)
½ cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp sea salt
Directions:
- In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients till smooth.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour mixture into pan and place in freezer till firm.
- Cut into bite size squares.
