Gluten Free Almond Flour Pizza Crust


2 cups blanched almond flour

½ cup arrowroot powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried marjoram

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

¼ cup Coconut Oil or Ghee

2 eggs


  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl mix flour, arrowroot, baking powder, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, marjoram, garlic, onion, coconut oil and eggs.
  2. Mix till dough forms. Roll dough into a ball and place on a parchment lined pizza sheet. Flatten dough to ¼ inch thickness. Bake dough for 20 mins.
Smooth sauce over crust, less sauce produces a firmer, crisper crust more sauce produces a softer crust. Be careful not to add too much sauce! The crust wont stay together. Add toppings and bake 20 minutes. Turn heat up to 400 degrees F. for 5 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
