Ingredients:
½ cup Blanched Almond Flour
½ Cup Coconut Flour
4 Chicken Breast Halves
Ghee or Coconut Oil
Directions:
- Mix both flours together and
roll chicken breasts into the flour and coat well.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Melt oil and pour oil into a
baking dish and place chicken breasts in oil.
