Lemon Pepper Marinade for Pork Chops or Chicken

Recipe from


3 pork chops

1 clove garlic, peeled and pressed

Juice of one lemon

½ tsp ground mustard

1 tsp black pepper

½ tsp sea salt

1 tbsp butter/ghee or coconut oil, melted


  1. Combine everything in a small bowl and whisk well.
  2. Spread mixture over the meat and cover with wrap and let sit in fridge for 24 hours to marinate.
  3. Once done cook however you would like, adding mushrooms and sliced onions.
Make sure to scrape all the marinade out of the container, and pour it over the meat.  Don’t waste it! Let your meat cook in it.
