3 pork chops
1 clove garlic, peeled and pressed
Juice of one lemon
½ tsp ground mustard
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp butter/ghee or coconut oil, melted
- Combine everything in a small bowl and whisk well.
- Spread mixture over the meat and cover with wrap and let sit in fridge for 24 hours to marinate.
- Once done cook however you would like, adding mushrooms and sliced onions.
