Dairy Free Chocolate Jello Pudding/Mousse


Ingredients:

2 tbsp unflavored Beef Gelatin

2 cups of hot water

1 (13.5 ounce) can full fat coconut milk

4 tbsp dutch processed cocoa powder

Pinch of sea salt

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp pure maple syrup or coconut sugar

To make it more like a Mousse:

Use 1 tbsp Gelatin

1 (13.5 ounce) can full fat coconut milk

1 cup hot water

2 tbsp dutch processed cocoa powder

a dash of salt

1 tsp pure maple syrup or coconut sugar

Using the whole can of milk and less of the other ingredients makes it lighter and fluffier like mousse as you can see below.


Directions:

  1. Prep the gelatin: Pour the hot water into a small bowl and mix the gelatin in and mix well. 
  2. Pour in milk and mix well. Put in freezer for about 1 hour to set. Put that mixture in a small blender or processor. Put in the rest of the ingredients and blend. Let chill in fridge before enjoying!
