Sweet Potato Hash Browns


1 Sweet potato, peeled

Spices to taste:

Onion powder

Garlic Powder

Sea Salt



  1. Grate potato into hash browns
  2. Heat ghee or coconut oil in a skillet or on a grill.
  3. Spread hash browns thinly and sprinkle spices on as desired.
  4. Let cook till browned on one side and flip till browned on other side.
  5. Enjoy!
