Ingredients:
1 Sweet potato, peeled
Spices to taste:
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Pepper
Directions:
- Grate potato into hash browns
- Heat ghee or coconut oil in a skillet or on a grill.
- Spread hash browns thinly and sprinkle spices on as desired.
- Let cook till browned on one side and flip till browned on other side.
- Enjoy!
