Paleo, Gluten Free Creamy Coconut Strawberry Porridge


1 ( 13.5 ounce ) can Coconut milk

2 eggs

1/8 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp 100% Pure Organic Maple, or Raw Honey

1 tbsp coconut oil

5 medium strawberries, hulled and chopped


  1. In a small saucepan whisk first 5 ingredients. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add coconut oil and reduce heat to medium-low.
  2. Boil and stir about 3 minutes, until thick and creamy.
  3. Stir in chopped strawberries.
Optional: Cinnamon to taste. Sliced banana. Dried Cranberries or Raisins. Tsp extra of Maple or Raw Honey. Makes about 3 servings. I like to add extra sweetness to my servings!
