Ingredients:
1 ( 13.5 ounce ) can Coconut milk
4 tbsp coconut flour
2 eggs
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp 100% Pure Organic Maple, or Raw Honey. (For low carb do 1 tbsp erythritol)
1 tbsp coconut oil
5 medium strawberries, hulled and chopped
Directions:
- In a small saucepan whisk first 5 ingredients. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add coconut oil and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Boil and stir about 3 minutes, until thick and creamy.
- Stir in chopped strawberries.
