Ingredients:
2/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup arrowroot powder
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 whole eggs
1/3 cup Enjoy Life semisweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
4 tbsp ghee, melted
3-4 tbsp water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large bowl, place all dry ingredients, stir
- Add in chocolate chips and stir
- Next add in your softened (liquid) ghee, coconut oil and eggs. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir
- End with adding in the water, till you get the batter to start holding together. You want it to be on the thick side.
- Scoop onto cookie sheets.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes.
For Double Chocolate Chip as shown below, just add 1/4 cup cocoa powder!
