Gluten Free Coconut Flour Pie Crust


2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp coconut sugar

2 eggs

¼ cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour, sifted

1/8 tsp sea salt


  1. In a medium bowl cream oil and sugar until smooth and well mixed.
  2. Add eggs and mix till smooth. Add flour and salt and mix well.
Press dough into pie dish. Fill with whatever filling you’d like and bake your pie according to the recipes instructions. Or bake pie crust alone at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes

You can also add about a tbsp  of cocoa powder and have yourself a chocolate crust!
