Dairy Free Macadamia Nut Cheese


2 cups raw macadamia nuts

1-cup water

1 tsp probiotics


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Place mixture in a strainer lined with cheesecloth. Place a plate over the cloth with a lightweight like a bottle of water. Not heavy enough to push cheese through the cloth. Leave to culture at room temperature for at least 24 hours but not more than 48 hours.
  2. Once culturing is complete, stir in the following ingredients:

¾ tsp Sea Salt

2 tsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Transfer cheese to refrigerator. Use over pizza or eat straight!
