¼ cup + 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp butter/ghee or coconut oil, melted
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp coconut flour
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp chili powder
- Whisk together water, eggs, fat of choice and lemon.
- Mix together coconut flour, baking powder, cumin and chili powder.
- Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry, whisking as you pour so clumps don’t form.
- Heat several tbsp of fat of choice over medium high heat. When the oil is hot, pour ¼ cup of batter in the pan, tilting pan so the batter spreads thinly.
