1 cup blanched almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup coconut sugar
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup + 2 tbsp Dutch processed cocoa
½ cup water
1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 9 round cake pan or line with parchment or wax paper.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, coconut sugar and cocoa, stir well with a wire whisk.
- In a small bowl, mix eggs, water, and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well.
- Pour batter into waiting pan and bake for 15 minutes.
