Gluten Free, Macaroni and Cheese for Two. Can be made Dairy Free


Ingredients:

1 ½ cups cooked brown rice macaroni

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese from grass fed cows

½ cup grass fed whole milk, or full fat coconut milk

1 egg, lightly beaten

½ tsp sea salt



Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl combine macaroni, cheese, milk, egg and salt; mix well
Pour into a 1-quart shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
