Gluten Free Burger Bun


1 egg

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp blanched almond flour

1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee, melted

Pinch of sea salt

¼ tsp baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients and blend together using hand blender or small food processor. Let the batter settle for a few minutes to thicken.
  3. Split the mixture into two and spoon onto greased parchment paper to make two 3-inch diameter pools of batter.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
