Coconut Butter


Ingredients:


3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Food processor

Directions:

Pour 4 cups coconut into food processor with melted oil

Processes it till it becomes moist, you may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times but keep processing till its smooth.

Pour into glass container with lid. It will turn solid at room temp.  Does not require refrigeration. Nuke to turn into liquid again and use as a dip or a frosting!
